Good points of PUT

First, there are three people in the PUT class. The number of the students is good for us because three is good number for we don’t feel pressure. We can feel relaxed. Second, there are a lot of native speakers. Our teacher comes from different countries. So we can study dialect, different accent and ways of saying. We can study more natural English. Third, we can study latest news from Asahi weekly. We discuss about world latest news and cultures, so we can understand about international things. There are a lot of good points of PUT. There are not only discussions but also daily conversations. Daily conversation is a lot of fun for us. We can enjoy studying English in the PUT class.

Sweets in Nagoya

I am going to talk about Sweets in Nagoya. I will introduce about famous sweets in Nagoya. One of the most famous sweets in Nagoya is Uirou. Uirou is popular souvenir. We sometimes give it to other prefecture’s people. It was made in 1659 in Nagoya. It was sold in Valentine’s Day. It is chocolate taste. “Ogura Toast” is also popular sweets in Nagoya. We eat sweet bean paste put on the toast. Ogura toast is popular menu in Comeda Coffee. “Shironowaru” is also popular in Comeda Coffee. This is sweets. It is soft cream put on the Danish. Young people in Nagoya love these sweets very much. Please try to eat these foods when you come to Nagoya.

Thanksgiving Day in Canada

I’m Misa. I am going to talk about Thanksgiving Day in Canada.
They cerebrate Thanksgiving Day on the second Monday of October.

It is earlierthan American Thanksgiving Day because Canada is far north of America.
So they harvest some crops earlier than America.

Because of the reason, they celebrate earlier than America.
They usually have three consecutive holidays.

Members of the family are gathering and they celebrate their prosperity and health.
They eat the same on in America for example, turkey, pumpkin pie and roast potato.
In this season, some scarecrows and lots of color’s pumpkins are displayed in front of shops.

World Heritage Site

Hello. This is Misa. Now, I’m going to talk about history of Santa Maria delle Grazie.

Santa Maria delle Grazie is a sanctuary of the Catholic Church. There is in Milan. The Duke of Milan Francesco Sforza ordered to build. This church was completed in 1462. People believe the church was rebuilt by Donato Bramante after 1492.
Leonardo da Vinci painted a mural on the wall. The mural is “The Last Supper.” This is a very famous mural. There is in the refectory.

Snoopy: He has 8 brothers. His boss is Charlie Brown. He is good at every kind of sport. He likes to write novels. He always be with his best friend Wood Stock.

Hello Kitty: She likes her family and she is twin. Her twin sister’s name is Mimmy. She likes to play outside. She has a lively temperament and she is so kind girl.

Woody Woodpecker: His character is persistent. He speaks rapidly and works quickly. He likes to get into mischief. He is little selfish. His girlfriend is Winnie Woodpecker.
